COMUNICAÇÃO ACESSÍVEL NA RELAÇÃO MÉDICO-PACIENTE DURANTE A ANAMNESE

Abstract

Resumo: O presente trabalho resulta de uma revisão sistemática da literatura com pesquisa na base de dados da Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde sobre a relação médico e paciente. Foi possível verificar que essa é uma temática muito estudada nos dias de hoje pela necessidade de mudança na criação desse vínculo e incorporação nas instituições para formação de novos profissionais. Essa relação depende da habilidade do médico e dos seus esforços perante o paciente e tem consequência direta nos procedimentos como a anamnese e adesão ao tratamento. A partir de então, com esse vínculo adequado e humanizado o profissional consegue ter uma escuta e uma conduta diferenciado e, consequentemente um diagnóstico mais eficaz. Do mesmo modo, a expressão do paciente, sua comunicação e credibilidade ao médico favorece também seu trabalho. Por último, a partir desse vínculo na relação do paciente e do médico se cria uma credibilidade e confiança para que o paciente possa então aderir ao tratamento, sem abandoná-lo e ir até o final para que seja alcançado o resultado esperado. Dessa forma, o profissional de saúde em questão consegue causar efeitos positivos não apenas na satisfação do usuário, mas também na qualidade dos serviços e na saúde do paciente. Abstract: The present work results from a systematic review of the literature with research in the Virtual Health Library database on the doctor and patient relationship. It was possible to verify that this is a very studied theme these days by the necessity of change in the creation of this link and incorporation in the institutions for the formation of new professionals. This relationship depends on the physician's ability and his / her efforts towards the patient and has a direct consequence in procedures such as anamnesis and adherence to treatment. From then on, with this adequate and humanized bond, the professional manages to have a different listening and conduct and, consequently, a more effective diagnosis. Likewise, the expression of the patient, his communication and credibility to the doctor also favors his work. Finally, from this link in the relationship of the patient and the physician creates a credibility and confidence so that the patient can then adhere to the treatment without abandoning it and go to the end to achieve the expected result. In this way, the health professional in question is able to have positive effects not only on user satisfaction, but also on the quality of services and the health of the patient.
