Abstract

High-tech enterprises refer to enterprises that carry out research and development in the fields of high-tech and emerging technologies, form independent intellectual property rights and carry out corporate activities based on them. In the process of high-speed development, due to the needs of corporate mergers and acquisitions, listing and financing, high-tech enterprises The value evaluation is particularly important. This paper discusses the valuation of high-tech enterprises based on Black-Scholes model.
