Desensitization to streptomycin and P.A.S

Abstract

Desensitization of streptomycin-handlers who have become hypersensitive to the drug is difficult but quite feasible. Two cases are reported. By contrast, patients who acquire hypersensitivity to streptomycin or P.A.S. during treatment are usually readily desensitized.
