Abstract

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of school principal strengthening education and training on teacher performance, the magnitude of the influence of school climate on teacher performance, the magnitude of the influence of education and training to strengthen principals and school climate together on teacher performance at Public Elementary Schools in Winong District, Pati Regency. This study was designed using a quantitative approach and is a type of inferential research that proves the effect of education and strengthening training for principals and school climate on teacher performance that has been formulated in the hypothesis. It is expected that researchers will be able to determine the significance level of the independent variables against the bound variables used in the study. The data used to analyze behaviors related to school principal strengthening education and training, school climate, and teacher performance were obtained through the data collection method by taking a sample from a population and using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The questionnaire used is in accordance with the grid and the research variable indicators.
