Abstract
PT Baliwong Indonesia is a central operating company in Surabaya and East Java which provides HR (Human Resources) services. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of leadership style, organizational culture and compensation on the performance of employees at PT Baliwong Indonesia. This research used quantitative methods. The data was sourced from a questionnaire filled in by employees of PT Baliwong Indonesia.
