Sağlık Çalışanlarında Etik Liderlik Algısının Psikolojik Sahiplenme Üzerine Etkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışma, son yıllarda örgütsel düzeyde önem kazanan kavramlar çerçevesinde tasarlanmış olup, sağlık çalışanlarının etik liderlik algılarının psikolojik sahiplenme düzeyi üzerindeki etkisinin incelenmesini amaçlamaktadır. Çalışma nedensel tarama modeli ile tasarlanmış kesitsel nitelikte bir araştırmadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini 292 sağlık çalışanı oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı, “Etik Liderlik Ölçeği” ve “Psikolojik Sahiplenme Ölçeği” ile katılımcıların demografik özelliklerine yönelik soruları içermektedir. Verilerin analizi SPSS 22 programı kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yapılan istatistiksel analizlerde tanımlayıcı analizler, faktör analizi, güvenirlik analizi, korelasyon analizi ve regresyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Analizler sonucunda katılımcıların etik liderlik ölçeği puan ortalaması 2.695; psikolojik sahiplenme alt boyutları arasında iş temelli sahiplenmenin ortalaması 4.666, duygusal sahiplenmenin ortalaması 3.991’dir.
