Abstract

Owing to a database error, Lisa Bourque Bearskin's ORCID ID was assigned to the wrong author in the original online version of the article by Funnell, Tanuseputro, Letendre, Bourque Bearskin, and Walker (published online 20 November 2019). The error has been corrected here and online and will be corrected in print as well. We regret the error.
