Perancangan Sistem Informasi Projek Manajemen Menggunakan Metode Extreme Programming Berbasis Desktop (Studi Kasus: Perusahaan Kontraktor)

Abstract

In the development of the era, Information Systems are made to facilitate the management and storage of data so that it can produce precise and accurate information. If a company does not follow the development of information systems, every company will be very difficult in increasing existing business processes. In this research, the company that will conduct a case study is a contracting company. After conducting observations and interviews, problems that have been found in the company and made the main problem in this study. The problem with this company is that the flow of the company is not well ordered, the company can take the steps from A to C, which should be stage A, then B, then C. With this problem, research will use the Extreme Programming method. The use of the Extreme Programming method in this study is because of the application changes in a fast time period. Extreme Programming is an object-oriented method and compilation requirementss that are not clearly used. The results of this study are an application Project Management Information System (PMIS) in a contracting company with the hope that the flow and problems that exist in the company can solve these problems.
