Abstract
This article explores the transformative impact of digital technologies on human resource management (HRM) in military aviation. By addressing the unique challenges of recruiting, training, and retaining highly skilled personnel in a demanding operational environment, the study highlights the integration of tools such as artificial intelligence (AI), virtual reality (VR), and data analytics. The analysis identifies key challenges, including talent shortages, high costs, and resistance to change, while emphasizing the opportunities for streamlined administrative processes, enhanced training, and data-driven decision-making. Practical examples illustrate how digital transformation can optimize HRM practices, ensuring a more efficient and adaptable workforce.
