Abstract

The article discusses safety of road users as well as traffic accidents and collisions between 2014 and 2017 in Poland and other European countries. The author proposes an alternative method of improving safety through increasing the visibility of road users. Alternative methods allow to use the latest technological solutions related to storing and using renewable energy in various weather conditions.
