A FAMÍLIA E A DESTITUIÇÃO DO PODER FAMILIAR: UM ESTUDO PSICANALÍTICO

Abstract

RESUMO: Este estudo busca analisar, a partir do método psicanalítico, a família em processo de destituição, evidenciando aspectos de sua dinâmica de funcionamento psíquico e os impasses da relação família-judiciário. As estratégias de pesquisa foram o caso clínico e a pesquisa documental. As análises se processaram a partir da escuta nos atendimentos clínicos e da leitura-escuta direcionada aos processos no judiciário. Um padrão de funcionamento psíquico familiar com características de cisão e afastamento é evidenciado no caso. O estudo convoca a pensar dispositivos que ultrapassem a aplicação normativa de regulamentos e que considerem o sujeito e a família em sua singularidade.ABSTRACT: This study aimed to analyze, from the psychoanalytic method, the family impeachment process, highlighting aspects of the dynamics of psychic functioning and deadlocks family-judiciary relationship. The search strategies were clinical case and document research. The analysis made themselves from listening in clinical care and read-directed attention to the processes in the judiciary. A pattern of family psychic functioning with demerger and estrangement characteristics is evidenced in the case. The study calls thinking devices that go beyond the rules implementing regulations and consider the subject and family in its singularity.
