Nation et nationalisme

Abstract

In this paper, I set down my thoughts, based on certain linguistic observations, related to the terms "nation" and " nationalism" and their implications for the modern nation-state. I propose that what is needed is a state based not on a nation or "communities", but on human rights which, as set forth in art. 2 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, aim to protect human beings from the discrimination to which they are often subjected because of personal or collective characteristics that they possess. © P.U.F..
