Dimensional analysis applied to electricity and mechanics

Abstract

The author suggests an alternative system, which provides theoretical insight and leads to definitions of dual and analogous physical quantities. The article does not reopen discussion of units but illustrates how physical dimensions can unify ideas in different branches of engineering.
