Abstract

Two patients are described with left recurrent laryngeal nerve palsy in association with pulmonary hypertension. One patient had recurrent pulmonary embolism and the other had primary pulmonary hypertension. A causal relation between pulmonary artery hypertension and the palsy is proposed.
