Abstract
Optical arbitrary waveform generation using the line-by-line pulse shaping technique provides a tool for examining optical frequency stability via time-domain waveform interference. Physical pictures and theoretical modeling results using time and frequency-domain approaches are provided. © 2006 IEEE.
