Abstract
The central issue that revolves around understanding the concept of university, as an organization, underlying practices Self purposes Institutional Accreditation is addressed. Obvious concepts are located mostly in a classic systemic perspective that assumes the university as a set of inputs, processes, products, and environment; vision has fallen short and limited front and alternative paradigms emerging understanding of organizational reality universities.
