La formación de docentes a partir del 28 de mayo de 1944

Abstract

Es un estudio sobre las políticas públicas y acciones desarrolladas por los diferentes gobiernos ecuatorianos en el tema relacionado con la formación de los docentes. Inicia con la creación de los normales, luego analiza el aporte de las misiones pedagógicas alemanas, estudia la creación de los normales rurales, la transformación de estas instituciones y la supresión de las mismas. Simultáneamente se estudia el aporte de las universidades en la formación de educadores y se finaliza con la problemática actual de la cuestión docente.It is a study on public policies and actions developed by the different Ecuadorian governments on the subject related to teacher training. It begins with the creation of the teacher training institutions, then analyzes the contribution of the German pedagogical missions, studies the creation of the rural teacher training institutions, the transformation of these institutions and the suppression of them. Simultaneously, the contribution of universities in the training of educators is studied and the current issue of the teaching issue is finalized.
