Abstract

In the contemporary business landscape, the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative force, reshaping traditional paradigms across various industries. This study delves into the specific realm of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to explore the profound impact of AI adoption on their operational efficiency, innovation capabilities, and overall competitiveness. The research employs a multi-faceted approach, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative analyses. Through surveys, interviews, and case studies, we investigate the extent to which SMEs have embraced AI technologies, identifying the key drivers and barriers to adoption. The study also assesses the impact of AI on workforce dynamics, shedding light on how automation and augmentation have influenced job roles and skills requirements within these enterprises.
