Abstract
Public services at the sub-district level require improvements in service quality through the use of technology and strengthening the capacity of officials to respond to increasingly complex community needs. The digitization of services through e-government is a strategic step in creating faster, more accurate, and more accessible administrative processes, while the competence of officials and the use of information technology are determining factors in the success of its implementation. This study aims to analyze the effect of e-government implementation, civil servant competency, and information technology utilization on the quality of public services in Gedangan Subdistrict. The research method used a quantitative approach with a population of officials and service users, involving 60 respondents through a Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out through validity and reliability tests, descriptive statistics, multiple regression, and t-tests. The results of the study indicate that all independent variables have a significant effect on the quality of public services, with the use of information technology being the most dominant variable. The discussion shows that digital services integrated with the competence of the apparatus can improve administrative effectiveness, accelerate service processes, and strengthen public satisfaction. The conclusion of the study confirms that service digitization, improvement of human resource competencies, and technology optimization are the main pillars in creating professional, fast, and high-quality public services at the sub-district level.
