Abstract

The article presents the author's insights on the future of privacy to deal with singularities and to determine rules on technology-related privacy. Topics include the disciplinary trait of law and technology lawyers for openness to technological change, the impacts of a technology on law or on values and fundamental rights, and the use of data protection rules to biometrics.
