Abstract
This paper aims to examine the effect of customer knowledge management on continuous innovation and firm performance. Based on the perspective of marketing dynamic capability, this paper establishes a theoretical analysis framework of customer knowledge management-marketing dynamic capabilities-enterprise's innovative performance. Then selecting two innovative enterprise as the case, it makes a comparative study by the case study approach, and adjusts the above theoretical analysis framework through coding the qualitative data.
