Abstract
As other social policies, French disability policies stress on the decisional autonomy of disabled peoples, as expressed in their written " life project ". his article deals with the work transition schemes for "disabled workers". How does this status afects their life course ? How does the professionals inluence the projects of the clients ? We show that on one side for the institutions the autonomy of the disabled workers is diicult to take in account and on the other side that a lot of clients don't have a clear professional project and rely on the requirements of the transition services.
