Abstract

In view of the large energy consumption of crane hydraulic system with quantitative pump, load-sensitive control technology can be used to solve this problem. Firstly, the transfer function of the system is deduced by the method of principle analysis. Then a comparative study is carried out based on digital simulation technology. The dynamic characteristics of load-sensitive hydraulic system are analyzed comprehensively.
