Abstract

We present a case of a 37-year-old man with three months of evolution painless, persisting and continuous prepuce and glans edema, with ulcerations on top. A diagnosis of Crohn's disease with prepuce and glans involvement (metastatic Crohn's disease) was made based on clinical and histopathological studies.
