Abstract
Patients with hereditary coagulopathies are at increased risk of bleeding during pregnancy, labor and puerperium. The most frequent are the von Willebrand disease (1-2% of population) and type A hemophilia (1/10.000 people). Here is presented a clinical case of pregnancy and type A hemophilia, with a review about pregnancy and hereditary coagulopathies.
