APLIKASI MANAGEMENT QUALITY CONTROL PADA PT HERBALINDO MANDIRI SENTOSA BERBASIS WEB

Abstract

Quality Control is an activity in order to ensure that the products produced from the production process comply with the company's product quality standards. This research was conducted in order to develop a quality control management information system process at PT. Herbalindo Mandiri Sentosa in the field of computerized traditional medicine industry. Data collection methods are carried out through observation, interviews, and literature study. The resulting data is then processed and analyzed using the PIECES method. The information system was developed using the SDLC model Prototyping approach with the Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling language. The results of system development were tested by black-box testing. The research conducted resulted in a computer-based information system that can show that quality control management information systems can provide convenience in processing data and reports in the field of the traditional medicine industry.
