Abstract

The transformer neural architecture has become a cornerstone of natural language processing (NLP) models. It is a powerful tool for language understanding and generation, enabling machines to process human language that is close to human understanding. NLP has significantly improved in recent years due to pro-gress in artificial intelligence (AI). One of the key developments that has enabled these improvements is the transformer neural network architecture. In this paper, I will explore the transformer architecture, its main concepts, and its application in NLP.
