Introduction: Stroke is a sudden emergency in the neurological system and is one of the leading causes of disability and death in the world. Post-stroke patients will have an increased risk of falling which can result in worsening their health condition. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the risk of falling in families who have post-stroke patients at the Neurology Polyclinic, Kediri District Hospital. Method: This study used an analytical observational design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample of this study were 187 families who had post-stroke patients who were in the Neurology Polyclinic of the Kediri District Hospital. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, with inclusion and exclusion criteria. Chi Square test was used for data analysis with a significant level (α) = 0.05. Result and analysis: The results of data analysis showed that there was a significant effect on the risk of falling in families who had post-stroke patients. Logistic regression test showed that family assignment is the most influential factor on families who have post-stroke patients with Exp value. (B) of 0.000. The role factor showed an insignificant value, while the family task and family support factors significantly affected families who had post-stroke patients, but family duties were the most influential factors on families who had post-stroke patients, compared to 2 other factors.
