Manajemen arsip pada Bagian Tata Usaha UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta

Abstract

This research discusses archive management in the administrative department of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study is to look at the management process in the library field, especially in archive management. This research method uses a qualitative method by using a descriptive approach to analyze the management of archives in the administration of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Technical data collection in this research is by means of literature study. Both primary and secondary data are obtained from various literatures such as books, scientific articles, news, journals, and related research reports. Then the data is processed and analyzed further. In addition, researchers also conducted interviews with archivists at UIN Sunan Kalijaga. The results of this study state that archival storage is carried out conventionally and digitally, namely recording through bookkeeping and storing archives through digital media.  Archives contained in the Administration section are immediately processed and backed up.
