Abstract

Left ventricular outflow tract pseudoaneurysm is a rare complication from multiple etiologies. We present a unique case of a patient with a history of Neisseria gonorrhoeae infective endocarditis requiring bioprosthetic aortic valve replacement. Subsequently, this patient developed acute coronary syndrome with dynamic left main coronary artery compression due to a left ventricular outflow tract pseudoaneurysm.
