Abstract
Teacher innovation is a crucial factor in improving the quality of learning in the digital era. This study aims to analyze the role of teacher innovation in utilizing digital-based interactive learning media and its application to improving the quality of learning. This study employed a literature review method with a qualitative approach through content analysis. Data sources were obtained from articles in accredited national journals, international journals, and scientific books published between 2016 and 2025. Based on the literature search, 36 articles were obtained, which were then selected into 22 relevant articles for in-depth analysis. The study results indicate that the use of digital-based interactive media can significantly increase learning motivation, student engagement, and conceptual understanding. Interactive media also encourages the creation of more engaging, flexible, and adaptive learning to student needs. However, the success of technology implementation is greatly influenced by teachers' digital competence and pedagogical innovation in designing and managing learning. This study recommends the importance of strengthening teacher training capacity through educational technology and policy support that encourages the systematic integration of technology into the learning process. Thus, teacher innovation through the use of digital-based interactive media can be an effective strategy in improving the quality of learning in the digital era.
