Abstract

Biotransformation of diethyl 1-hydroxy-1-phenylmethanephosphonate using fungi Beauveria bassiana allowed resolving the racemic mixture of the substrate and due to the biocatalyst and reaction conditions modifications, leading to desired optical isomer. © 2010 The Author(s).
