A construção do projeto “Apoio de rede” como estratégia institucional

Abstract

This paper reports an analysis of the Health Support work developed as a strategic project in a city located in São Paulo’s metropolitan area, Brazil. It is a case study with an ethnographic perspective that aims to identify the understanding and expectations of managers and supporters about their possibilities of action. The theoretical basis was constructed considering the historical context of reorganization of the management and care practices in the Brazilian Health System. The main point of the analyzed project regards the supporter’s role, which is related to constructing and qualifying the healthcare network, strengthening the relationship among the health sector employees.
