Abstract
The purpos of this research is to look into the impact of emotional abilities on work commitment and environmental integrity in human resources. A quantitative technique is used in this research strategy. The study's participants were civil servants from the Special Region of Yogyakarta, with a total population of 11,011 people. The sample was drawn by chance from 100 people. Questionnaire-based data collection methods. Path analysis and data analysis utilizing smart PLS (path analysis). The findings of the data analysis demonstrate that job dedication and the environmen have a direct impact on the human resource integrity of civil officials in Yogyakarta's Special Region. While job commitment to HR integrity mediates relationships through emotional skills for civil servants in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, the work environment to HR integrity does not mediate relationships through emotional skills.
