Abstract

Management of the workforce is one of the key factors that determine the success of any organization. Putting into cognizance the current changes in work trends, and variability of the labor market demands, it is very important for an organization to maintain a conglomerate of workers who not only possess the required proficiency and capability, as concerns achievement of quality results but are also, fully motivated and dedicated employees. This paper examines the concept of human resource management and its importance in the smooth running of an organization hence, acting as a primary incentive to organizational success.
