Apuntes sobre la compleja relación entre el derecho a la igualdad y la diferencia

Abstract

This article is written to reflect on the relationship between the fundamental rights of equality and difference, words that can be seen, at first glance, as opposing ones nevertheless a deeper study gives different conclusions. A critical view is explored throughout a more regular treatment rescuing some author's thoughts who have realized this fact. Likewise, it goes through some relation state patterns with its difference so as to call the attention on existing confusions such as the lack of information in this subject.
