Abstract

The paper is devoted to the development of a continuous process for the production of thermoplastic composite materials based on low-pressure polyethylene and agricultural plant waste products by the components compounding on a Rheomex PTW 16 PolyLab laboratory twin-screw extruder. The processing modes of the developed compositions are given. The effect of melt degassing on the quality of the obtained granulate is noted.
