Abstract

The aim of this paper is to present a bibliometric assessment of the production of the GTT Public Policies, between 2011 and 2019, in the annals of the Brazilian Congress of Sports Sciences and the International Congress of Sports Sciences (CONBRACE/CONICE). This was an exploratory-descriptive and documentary study, aimed at identifying and characterizing the 242 papers surveyed. Researchers from the South and Southeast regions predominated. In terms of states and institutions, the PR (UEM and UFPR), RS (UFRGS and UNISINOS) and DF (UnB) stand out. Public policies, sport and leisure were the central themes. The most cited authors are members of the GTT-PP itself. The study shows the qualifications of the researchers involved and the value placed on publication in event proceedings.
