Abstract
Contribution to the polychaete fauna of hydrothermal vents ("Black Smokers") on the East Pacific Rise.-Five species were studied; four of them were already known from hydrothermal vents on the East Pacific Rise. A new genus and new species, Thermiphione tufari is described. Additional descriptions especially concerning the setae of Alvinella caudata and Alvinella pompe-jana are given. EINLEITUNG
