KESESUAIAN PRODUK PEMBIAYAAN RENOVASI RUMAH DENGAN PRINSIP SYARIAH PADA BPRS PATRIOT BEKASI PERIODE 2014 – 2019

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to find out project financing products with sharia principles at BPRS Patriot Bekasi for the 2014 - 2019 period. This study also uses qualitative literature research. The results of the study state that the essence of freedom of Murabahah transactions is the willingness to choose between carrying out the transaction or not taking into account whether there is no mutual benefit and vice versa. This freedom can prevent a person from vanity and wrongdoing in economic activities that save losses unilaterally or both parties. Therefore, freedom in Islamic economics is not limited because it is limited by the freedom of others. This absolute limitation of freedom is in order to protect the rights of others. This absolute limitation is in order to protect the rights of others which must also be considered.
