Abstract

In the current context of the French psychiatric hospital, where the relation look after-neat tends to being forgotten, we propose to show what the psychoanalytical approach can light as for this relation. It indeed allowed the passage of the field of the glance, where the observation of neat dominates become object of a medical speech, with the field of the ear, where listening supports neat then prone of a word to be heard. In the social bond that institutes the relation look after-neat and where the identification functions, the concepts of transfer and counter-transference come to point out the stake of a looking after positioning.
