Abstract

This study aimed to identify Dani tribes in Baliem valley in Wamena in Papua. The study used an ethnography approach to explore Dani's ethnomathematics. The data was from Dani's indigenous people using interviews, field notes, observations, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that Dani tribe ethnomathematics in the number system, in the measurement system, in honai designs, and noken string bag.
