Abstract

This paper reviews various NDT methods available and presents a case study related to the strength evaluation of existing bridge pier. The assessment of quality and strength is made by correlating the NDT observations with core tests. The assessment involves the core tests, Rebound hammer tests and Ultrasonic pulse velocity tests. © 2013 The Authors.
