Perilaku Keluarga dan Peran Perawat dengan Tindakan Keluarga Dalam Melakukan Mobilisasi Pasien Stroke

Abstract

Sikap keluarga adalah suatu keadaan yang berkaitan dengan perasaan yang tidak pasti dan tidak berdaya. Untuk dapat menurunkan sikap keluarga diperlukan komunikasi yang efektif terutama komunikasi yang efektif, hal ini perlu mendapat perhatian serius dari perawat karena komunikasi terapeutik sangat membantu menurunkan sikap keluarga mobilisasi pasien stroke. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan efektifitas komunikasi terapeutik perawat terhadap penurunan tingkat perilaku keluarga mobilisasi pasien stroke di Puskesmas Padang Bulan 2022. Metode Penelitian merupakan studi deskriptif dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mobilisasi pasien stroke yang berumur dewasa muda (18-30 tahun) dan dewasa tengah (30-65 tahun) di sebanyak 30 orang. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dengan menggunakan kuisioner dan analisa data yang dilakukan menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil temuan penelitian disajikan dalam tabel tabulasi dan uji chi-square dengan nilai significance p < 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi terapeutik perawat yang dilakukan sebagai intervensi keperawatan pada mobilisasi pasien stroke memberikan hubungan yang signifikan terhadap penurunan tingkat sikap keluarga mobilisasi pasien stroke terbukti dengan diperoleh nilai p = 0,002. Untuk itu, Puskesmas Padang Bulan dan perawat lebih meningkatkan komunikasi terapeutik terhadap persiapan mobilisasi pasien stroke. Family attitude is a condition related to feelings of uncertainty and helplessness. To be able to reduce family attitudes, effective communication is needed, especially effective communication, this needs serious attention from nurses because therapeutic communication really helps reduce family attitudes in mobilizing stroke patients. The study aims to determine the relationship between the effectiveness of nurses' therapeutic communication and the decrease in the level of family behavior in mobilizing stroke patients at the Padang Bulan Health Center in 2022. The research method is a descriptive study with a cross sectional design. The population in this study was all mobilization of stroke patients who were young adults (18-30 years) and middle adults (30-65 years) in as many as 30 people. The data obtained from the results of interviews using questionnaires and data analysis was carried out using the chi square test. The research findings are presented in the tabulation table and chi-square test with a significance value of p <0.05. The results showed that the therapeutic communication of nurses carried out as a nursing intervention in the mobilization of stroke patients provides a significant relationship to the decrease in the level of family attitudes towards mobilizing stroke patients as evidenced by the obtained p value = 0.002. For this reason, the Padang Bulan Health Center and nurses further enhance therapeutic communication in preparing for stroke patient mobilization.
