Abstract
The solar cell cleaning robot with wireless controller that the writer is currently developing requires an appropriate method for controlling without using cables. This robot will be used on factory roofs and requires outdoor communication with a range up to 30 meters. To fulfill this, this study focuses on the use of Orange Pi 3 LTS combined with node red, which is flow-based programming software installed on the nodeJs framework. This control system uses the orange pi to access the web dashboard in the node-red application using the Chrome browser on the Realme Pad Mini. The dashboard can read the GPIO digital input and provide output to the GPIO digital output on the Orange Pi. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, when the button on the dashboard is pressed, the GPIO digital output will provide output. When the GPIO input is given, the dashboard is able to display the input status so that this research can be continued to build a wireless controller for the solar cell cleaning robot.
