The growing popularity of videogames has not gone without controversy, projecting the moral panic that goes hand in hand with the development of most media. The study presented here indicates the main characteristics of videogame consumption among Spaniards younger than 25 years of age. In order to do this, the consumption time is used as the main dimension. This way, the profile of heavy users is identified.
