Note on the aluminum suboxides

Abstract

It was demonstrated in terms of electron diffraction analysis that aluminum suboxides, i.e., Al2O and AlO were formed at the boundary between aluminum and gamma alumina (γ-Al2O3). © 1974 American Institute of Physics.
