Observation in the Organizations Study

Abstract

One of the most used methods in social science research is observation, which seems to be very simple; However, your requirement is enough, it requires demanding skills and dexterities for the observer, as long as reliable and precise results depend on them. Therefore, the present work is on accounting for observation in the study of organizations to focus attention and have greater control over what, how, where, and what. For the present it is based on the scope of Organizational Studies, presenting 2 cases that were constructed from the observation method, derived from a qualitative methodological conception. The studies addressed demonstrate the importance of observation to identify its usefulness. Asimismo, demonstrates the way in which the methodology is constructed, the operation of the observation method and the results obtained from its application
