Abstract

A current major challenge of acute myeloid leukemia research is to develop immunotherapeutic strategies that would be employable in all patients. We recently reported that appropriately stimulatedγλd T cells are fully capable of mediating cytotoxicity against leukemic blasts. © 2012 Landes Bioscience.
