Abstract
This paper provides a comprehensive critical review of the ongoing debate surrounding artificial intelligence (AI) and human intelligence (HI).With the rapid advancement of AI technologies, there has been growing speculation about its potential to surpass human intelligence and its implications for society. This paper examines key dimensions of AI and HI, including cognitive abilities, creativity, emotional intelligence, and ethical considerations. It explores various perspectives on the strengths and limitations of both AI and HI, highlighting areas where AI excels and where human intelligence remains superior.Furthermore, the paper discusses the potential societal impacts of AI advancement, such as job displacement, algorithmic bias, and the ethical implications of AI decision-making.Drawing upon interdisciplinary research and scholarly discourse, this critical review aims to contribute to a nuanced understanding of the complex relationship between artificial intelligence and human intelligence, offering insights for policymakers, researchers, and the general public alike.
